Flor and Tyrell started Local Reach Media with one goal: to give small businesses big-agency results—without losing their voice.
Flor brings the strategy, operations, and heart. With a background in marketing and community outreach, she makes sure every campaign is built to connect and convert—without losing the personal touch.
Tyrell leads the creative side, shaping content that’s bold, clear, and visually striking. From design to direction, he ensures every piece of media reflects the client’s brand and speaks to their audience.
Together, they make a well-rounded team that cares deeply about helping businesses grow through honest marketing and creative storytelling.

Our Journey
How Local Reach Media Came to Life
Early Roots 2020’s
Years before Local Reach Media began, Tyrell was already exploring digital marketing — running ad campaigns and creative projects for a previous brand. That experience sparked an interest in what made content perform, and planted the seed for something bigger down the road.
Summer 2024
Flor started doing social media management and content creation for a national staffing agency. It was the first time she saw how marketing could make an impact — and realized she wanted to bring that power back to the local level.
Fall 2024
Tyrell and Flor took on their first local business as a freelance social media managers. They saw firsthand how many small businesses needed help showing up online — not because they didn’t care, but because they were overwhelmed or stretched too thin.
At the same time, they taught themselves how to build websites using WordPress and launched their own site — laying the foundation for Local Reach Media!
Spring 2025
Tyrell and Flor registered their business and committed fully to helping small, community-based brands grow through content, ads, and strategy.
Our long-time friend Adam officially joined Local Reach Media as our behind-the-scenes Video Editor. With 10+ years of experience, he helps turn the content we capture into polished, story-driven pieces that bring our clients’ brands to life.
With a clear offer, powerful client results, and a mission rooted in community, Local Reach Media hit a groove. It no longer felt like a side hustle — it felt like their future.
