Local Reach Media offers digital marketing services for small businesses, including:

  • Content creation
  • Social media management
  • Ad campaign strategy and management
  • Website design and maintenance

All deliverables, timelines, and scope will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin.

2. Communication & Support

We communicate with clients via email, phone, and text. All service-related requests should be submitted through one of those channels. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Payment & Billing

  • All services are billed based on agreed flat rates.
  • Ad campaign management fees are billed separately from ad spend.
  • Website setup and design may require a deposit before work begins.
  • Monthly services (like maintenance or social media management) are billed at the start of each month.
  • Late payments may result in paused service.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice.
  • Payments already made for monthly services or ongoing campaigns are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Deposits for website design are non-refundable once initial design work begins.

5. Ownership & Portfolio Use

  • You retain ownership of your content, branding, and business materials.
  • Local Reach Media may feature completed work (such as website designs, posts, or campaigns) in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We aim to help your business grow, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes like follower count, reach, or revenue.
We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) or disruptions caused by tools/services outside our control.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued work with us implies acceptance of any updates.
